We offer free shipping on all orders all over India. We use reliable shipping partners like Fedex or Bluedart, and orders are usually shipped within 2-5 days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or delivery delays by the shipping carrier
Custom orders will be shipped in 3 to 10 days
International Shipping:
We also offer international shipping for a flat fee of $9.99. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.
Returns Policy:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service team at silveribyshakun@gmail.com to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
